SHIPPING POLICY:
EZ Sign Creator makes every effort to process, manufacture and ship each order out of our facility within 3-5 business days, except for holidays.

IMPORTANT: 3-5 business days describes the time between order placement and the shipping of your order. It does not include the actual time it takes for shipping via UPS or Fed Ex.

EZ Sign Creator offers shipping via UPS or Fed Ex combined with a wide range of delivery options through our online ordering system to accommodate and expedite your orders. While the actual shipment and delivery times may vary depending on the volume and weight of the order, the delivery method chosen, and the availability of resources, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the delivery time of your order.

RETURN POLICY:
EZ Sign Creator makes every effort to provide quality products that are free from material or workmanship defects. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to repair / replace upon EZ Sign Creator's discretion. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA#) and original receipt.
