    FAQ
    Q
Will the letters I purchase last outside in the weather?
    Q
Can I send you a logo I saved from the Internet to reproduce?
    A
YES! Obviously, some climates are more harsh than others, but you can expect to get 3-5 years durability against fading and peeling under normal conditions.
    A
NO. The quality of images from the Internet is not a high enough resolution to reproduce from.

    Q
I would like to order vinyl lettering in a specific font, but I don't see that it is available on your site. If I supply you the True Type Font through email, can you make my lettering?
    Q
Can EZ-Sign Creator professionals clean up my artwork to make it useable?
    A
YES! Just email us the True Type font along with your specifications and we'll take care of the rest!
    A
YES! Our art department offers this service at $65.00 per hour. Email us your art, and we will be happy to email you a quote.

    Q
What is the difference between a rasterized file and a vectorize file?
    Q
    Can you guarantee color matches?
    A
A rasterized file is made up of tiny dots known as pixels. The higher the image quality, the more pixels it will have. This is referred to as DPI "dots per inch". Rasterized art is more difficult to enlarge without losing quality. Generally, an image with 300 dpi is needed in order to reproduce a quality decal. A vectorized file, on the other hand, is made up of lines and arcs and can be enlarged with no limitations without losing quality.
    A
No. We will be happy to send you a specific color sample via U.S. Mail, but due to everyone having monitors calibrated differently, there is no way of controlling how exact colors can be viewed.
